PLANTAR FASCIITIS OR JOGGER’S HEEL. HOW TO GET RID OF THE PAIN IN THE HEEL!
Plantar fasciitis or jogger’s heel is a widespread problem among people. It is an intolerable pain in the heel that causes unpleasantness.
Plantar fasciitis, or calcal calcaneal is a structural breakdown of the bone in the heel that is usually being faced downwards. - this is the simplest treatment for getting rid of pain in the heel. You just need to hit your heel slowly on the floor for a few times daily, as this will help you increase the circulation and improve the metabolism of calcium. It will also prevent the deposition of salt.
- strong pain can be treated with the help of potato coatings. First wash the potatoes well and then grate them, without removing the peel. Once you grate the potatoes, put them on gauze and fasten it on the affected area. Wrap some nylon bag above it and put on your socks. Change these coverings every day. Repeat the treatment for about 7-8 days.
- you can also prepare coatings with salt and honey. You should use these ingredients in the ratio 1:1. once you make the mixture, apply it on the painful areas. Put gauze above it, then fasten it with a plaster and wrap a nylon bag on the top. Then, put your socks on and go to sleep. You should feel some release after 3-4 days, and after 10 days, the pain should be almost completely reduced.
- a medicinal tincture with aspirin. You should use 10 tablets of aspirin (200mg) and 250 ml of alcohol (or 70% medical alcohol) for this remedy. Make a powder out of the aspirin tablets and mix it with the alcohol, and then let the mixture stay like that for a day or two.
Before use, shake the tincture well and soak a piece of folded gauze in it. Do this every night.
Put the gauze soaked in this tincture on your heel and wrap a nylon bag above. Then put your socks on and let it stay overnight.
The next morning, right after you get up, wash your foot with water and then once you have wiped it, apply some greasy feet cream.
Ten treatments later, your rough skin and the deposits will be eliminated.
Moreover, you can use pumice stone for cleaning and brushing your feet before you apply the greasy cream.
This treatment is efficient and can be also used when it comes to cracks, blisters or bunions as well.
Also, according to many, this tincture can be even used for treating painful spots of varicose veins (varicosities). Use this tincture for massaging them and the pain will be gone.
You can also massage the painful areas that are the result of ostechondrosis, as depositions of salt occur in that case as well.
